Salon policy

As we only schedule one client and one service at a time, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule all, or part of your appointment. If cancellation notice requirements are not met, charges may be applied at 50% of the service(s) cancelled.

In efforts to accomplish an accurate and prompt appointment schedule, we would appreciate it if you could arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for spa appointments.

We accept both business and personal checks, as well as cash. Unfortunately due to increased banking costs we are no longer prepared to accept debit or credit cards. All returned checks will receive a charge of $35.00.

100% satisfaction is our goal! If you ever receive a service that you are not fully satisfied with, please don't hesitate to contact Jennifer Wiseman or the licensed professional whom administered your service.

All our staff is fully licensed within their field of expertise.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
